Working Through the Worry - An Open Dialogue About the State of Children On the Other Side of the COVID-19 with Dr. Shreya Hessler

Join Dr. Hessler, founder of the MINDset Center, for an evening discussion on how parents can support their students during this time. Topics will cover how to recognize anxiety and depression in children and adolescents, how to cultivate supportive conversations with your child, and how to address challenges with social media.
