Lauren Milan, Director of Advancement, is a skilled professional with nearly twenty-years of philanthropy experience in education, health care, and hospitals. Since arriving at Harford Day School in 2022, the annual fund and parent participation have grown substantially with new sources of funding, including grants and expanded business partnerships. An empathic leader with strong community ties, Lauren’s passion for philanthropy and stewardship is contagious. Allison Wilt, Advancement Associate at Harford Day, is a passionate advancement professional who thrives on connecting people with meaningful missions. With a strong background in relationship-building, stewardship, and fundraising, she has dedicated her career to helping organizations expand their impact.
