Get ready, get set, and...Go on an exciting excursion each day with your friends at Camp HDS! Make your fondest summer memories as you explore beyond the HDS campus to the inside of Dutch Wonderland's castle walls. This week is filled with fun and excitement.

July 17-21, 2017: Happy Campers Week!

At Camp HDS we know what it takes to make campers happy! This week is packed with activities and field trips we have tried before and found know they are TOTALLY AWESOME! The summer would not be complete without a fantastic trip to Jellystone, and a backyard water palooza!

July 24-28, 2017: Game Time Week!

Be a good sport, and the let the Games begin! This week is dedicated to celebrating games of every kind from sports and group games to life-size games and game-making. At camp HDS, it's anyone's game, so bring a friend to join in the fun!

July 31-August 4, 2017: In the Zone Week!

Campers will Get in the Zone as we jump into a different themed zone each day of the week! Jump out of your comfort zone and into the spirit zone to make this week unforgettable. Every day is the best when you're in the Camp HDS zone!

In an emergency, we will contact the parent/guardian(s). In the event that you cannot be reached, please provide the following information:

Harford Day School Camp HDS Waiver

On behalf of my child I accept and assume any and all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in Camp HDS (hereafter Camp) and its activities. I understand that my child should not attend Camp if he/she is unhealthy. I understand that my child must abide by Camp rules and the instructions of the Camp staff. I agree that if my child is dismissed from the Camp, no part of my Camp tuition will be refunded. I understand that no reduction in the fee will be made for late arrival, early departure, vacations, illnesses, or injury.

I understand sunscreen (both stick and spray) are required for each camper.

I hereby grant Camp the following permissions:

  • In the event that I cannot be contacted in the event of an emergency, I hereby grant Camp Summer permission to give immediate treatment and/or have my child transported to a hospital emergency room.
  • Permission is hereby granted for photographs and/or videos to be taken of my child during camp and Camp/Harford Day School has the right to utilize them for promotional purposes.
  • Permission is granted for my child to be transported by bus for all scheduled camp field trips.

Knowing the above facts and in consideration of the acceptance of my child's Camp application, I or anyone acting on my child's behalf, agree that neither Camp nor Harford Day School or its employees are responsible for accidents, injuries, and/or medical or dental expenses arising from my child's participation in the Camp. In accordance with this agreement, I promise not to sue, and release Camp, Harford Day School, and anyone working on their behalf, from all claims of liability or expenses of any kind relating to my child's participation in camp.

Payment Terms and Conditions

$75.00 of the registration price for each session is nonrefundable. Refunds of the remaining fees are available if notification of withdrawal is received in writing on or before May 15, 2017. By clicking submit below, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. Your submission will not be completed until you complete the payment process on the next page.

Parent/Guardian Information

Both parent(s) or legal guardian(s) must sign this Agreement in order to enroll the above named student(s). In the event of divorce, the custodial parent(s) must sign this Agreement.​​​ Please indicate marital status below.​
