1. Register and Create an SSS account: https://sssbynais.force.com/familyportal/FamilyLogin?startURL=%2Ffamilyportal
2. Complete the Parent Financial Statement (PFS). The PFS will ask you about family size, total income, savings, investments, indebtedness, medical and dental expenses, any unusual expenses, and other assets such as home equity.
3. Pay the $55 Application Fee* and submit it. *Please note, if you qualify for a fee waiver, the fee will be automatically waived by SSS.
4. Upload the following required supporting documents as PDFs:

• All signed 2019 tax documents, including pertinent schedules
• A copy of a most recent (2020) pay stub
• First-time applicants, upload signed IRS Form 4506 Note: Form will not be processed without cause. If processed, a $50 fee applies)

3. Upload W2 or 1099 for Income Verification

Families who have submitted all required documents for a completed application following the above schedule will be notified in writing of their Responsive Tuition rate for the 2020/2021 academic year.

New Families: Submit online continuous enrollment agreement and $1,000 deposit (applied to tuition).

Returning Families: You will be notified with annual deposit instructions and due dates (typically March 1). Please watch your Inbox and Mailbox for this information prior to March 1, 2021. If extenuating circumstances have caused you to apply for a tax extension, you must notify the School in writing with an anticipated date for the completed tax documents to be submitted.
